By downloading and using the Wetailo mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. The training content provided within the app is intended for general informational purposes only. Every dog is unique, and as such, not all training techniques or outcomes are guaranteed to work equally for every user or pet.
Limitations of Use
All content and services provided within the Wetailo application are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly share any part of the content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of the content or platform may result in the termination of access and legal action if necessary.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity that occurs under a registered account is the responsibility of the account holder. Wetailo will not be held liable for any unauthorized access, password sharing, or misuse of accounts by third parties.
Right to Modify Services
Wetailo reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the application or its services at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be communicated via the application interface or through the contact information provided by the user. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Content Ownership
All content on the App, including text, images, graphics, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Wetailo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Subscription and Payment Terms
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the plan you chose (weekly, monthly, yearly). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform (Google Play / App Store) settings.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content. Training outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed. We do not provide veterinary advice; consult a professional for medical or behavioral concerns.
Legal Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any legal disputes or claims, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By using Wetailo, you agree to resolve any disputes through these legal channels.
